Remote access for support

For remote diagnostic of a unit remote access is sometimes required

Remote access is provided to us :

  • Either via anydesk to a remote computer on the same network as the transmitter.
    Once you have anydesk installed please provide us with the anydesk ID
    and the local IP of the unit 
  • Or access to the transmitter directly by port forwarding port 22 (ssh) and port 80(web interface)
