If there is no PA volts or current, the PSU is either not working or has become disconnected in transit. The way to check this is quite simple.
1. You need to remove all the screws on the FRONT of the unit, I think there are 6 of them including the handles. Then lift the front panel away carefully as the screen is connected and remove the ribbon cable. 2. Inside you will see another sub-panel and behind that is the PSU. You need to remove this sub-panel, there are screws under and in front and 2 on each side. Once this comes off, please push the PSU firmly in, then re-connect ribbon cable. ( don’t re-assemble yet. Power the unit back up keeping hands clear and see if the RF power comes up. You should also see lights on the PSU 3. If the PSU doesn’t move, there is a locking mechanism on the front which needs to be released. Hopefully this will then give the full power as it should work. Then please power down and remove the AC, place all screws back and connect the ribbon cable and refit the front panel. All in it shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes to do and check.
